A small mining town in the ROC (Republic of Chuck) had strange reports of a Skinwalker pretending to be a civilian. For a while, it was believed to be just a cryptid until a rescue team recovered a tape buried beneath the forest floor. We don't know who recorded it or what happened to them, but it must have occurred a long time ago, judging by the outdated technology and the tape’s heavy degradation from age.
